What we collect
- Account information — name, email, phone, business details you provide at signup.
- Property information — addresses, unit numbers, and notes you submit when booking a turnover.
- SMS contact — when you text 310-774-0099, the conversation may be logged in our operations record.
- Usage data — page views, referral source, and IP address, collected via Vercel Analytics for performance and abuse prevention.
- Photos — before/after photos of turnover work uploaded by vendors, stored securely and accessible to the booking landlord.
How we use it
- To coordinate your apartment turnover bookings.
- To match landlords with vendors based on service area and availability.
- To send booking confirmations, reminders, and receipts.
- To improve the service and prevent abuse.
Who we share with
- Vendors — property addresses and access notes are shared with the vendor assigned to your booking.
- Service providers — Supabase (database + storage), Vercel (hosting), and any email provider we use for notifications.
- Legal — when compelled by court order or applicable law.
We do not sell your personal information.
Your rights (California)
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) you can request access to, deletion of, or correction of your personal information. Text 310-774-0099 or email privacy@turnoverla.com with your request.
Retention
We keep booking records for 7 years for accounting and tax purposes. You can deactivate your account at any time from the settings page; deactivation preserves booking history but blocks sign-in.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Passwords are stored as bcrypt hashes. Only admins can view the full user list; vendors only see their own jobs, landlords only see their own bookings.
