Corrections Policy

When we get something wrong, we fix it visibly and we say what changed. No quiet edits, no overwritten history.

How to report an error

Email corrections@turnoverla.com with the URL, a quote of the sentence that's wrong, and a link or note explaining the correct version. We acknowledge every correction email within two business days.

What happens when we agree

  1. We fix the inline text immediately.
  2. We add a visible Updated date at the top of the article and a one-line note explaining what changed.
  3. We bump the structured-data dateModified to the edit date.
  4. For material corrections (price changes, legal misstatements, wrong neighborhood facts), we re-ping search engines so the corrected version replaces the stale cached copy as quickly as possible.

What we will not do

  • We will not silently rewrite a published article without a visible note.
  • We will not bump Updateddates without making real changes. Faking refresh dates is detectable by search engines and we don't do it.
  • We will not delete an article and re-publish under a new URL to bury an error. If a piece is wrong enough that it shouldn't stand, we publish a correction at the same URL with the change shown.
